I ordered the gumbo and seafood stuffed bell peppers. The gumbo had smoked Turkey, shrimp, chicken, crab legs and more mmmhmm good! The seafood stuffed bell peppers had a generous amount of crawfish too! My next order I placed was red beans & rice. The cornbread was amazing!!! The cornbread was so fluffy, the right amount of sweet, and tasted like cake. The red beans and rice were so creamy and seasoned well. They are so professional, generous with the portions, and it’s made with healthy/fresh ingredients! He is a FOOD SCIENTIST!!! You will not be disappointed. He puts his whole foot and baby toe in every order! Next time I am in Louisiana I will be ordering AGAIN!
